Elon Musk purchases Twitter: A day after the Tesla CEO urged everyone to "dive in," he disclosed that he had acquired control of the service.

Elon Musk, a multibillionaire, has taken ownership of Twitter.

He fired the social media company's Indian-origin CEO, Parag Agrawal, and its senior legal executive, Vijaya Gadde, among other things, according to a media report.

Following Jack Dorsey's resignation as CEO of the social media platform in November of last year, Parag Agrawal assumed the position.

He joined Twitter more than ten years ago when there were less than 1,000 workers at the company. He is a graduate of Stanford and IIT Bombay.

Regarding Vijaya, she was at the forefront when the former US President Donald Trump's Twitter account was indefinitely disabled in January of last year.
